I like everything about the Roku device; I have five devices. I have three of the Express unit and two Express 4k+ units. I like how the Roku functions and how easy and intuitive it is to set up and use. I also like the small profile of both the main unit and the remote. I also think the price is reasonable for the type of device[s] I purchased from the product line-up.
The one thing I DON'T like or appreciate are the four "quick launch" buttons at the bottom of the remote. If you accidently touch one of those buttons, most apps [my remotes have different quick launch apps depending upon the unit] immediately open and you lose your current program/app choice. The better option that some apps do is to ASK you if you want to quit your current app and open the accidental app via a small scroll at the bottom of your screen. Roku isn't going to be happy and may not publish this review, but I disabled that function on two of my remotes and plan to disable two more remotes soon.
Overall, I'm well satisfied with my Roku purchase, the product, and the experience. I would suggest to anyone who doesn't have a smart TV to purchase the Roku device to open the world of streaming television and the nearly unlimited viewing choices available. MAWaHoo
