It's aa good product. I do wish it had a guide. It's kind of a pain to have to go through all of the channels every time.

Difficult to set up

I thought it would provide real time local stations but it doesn’t. I also find navigating the menu challenging and most channels are repetitive. I did not purchase it to subscribe to premium channels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought Roku Express HD to replace cable subscription I had canceled. Roku has not disappointed. Streaming of baseball and basketball season packages is easy. Have quick access to other streaming services like Netflix too. So many great shows on Roku Channel. Love the additional apps you can download too. Who needs cable tv anymore…not me!

I am so happy that I switched to Roku! It was so easy to setup and I have had 0 problems with it. Looking forward to getting another for the bedroom TV.

I bought this to replace a satellite service. Worked perfectly right out of the box. Clear instructions. Suggest getting the Express 4k+ model, that remote has on, off, volume control, and included power supply.

I’ve been having issues for months. All they do is send me a new unit and of course it’s still failing. They don’t care and don’t want to help.

Ok but doesn't work right all the time

It works fine, sometimes. Other times it glitches and freezes and will shut off randomly which then it will need unplugged to start right again. Other than that, it's nice to have and better than cable.
