Briefly, extremely easy to setup. Lots of content to watch. Small upfront money to start. Can always add more (Max, Disney, etc.)
PS, get the remote with tv control (it's easy to pair the two devices)

Roku makes streaming easy and opens up a much broader range of entertainment options than I had had before. I am far more inclined to watch programming on Roku than I am to find on my cable service.

I never watch tv, so I don't have any dish or cable or whatnot, but I have recently turned into an obsessive hockey fan. In trying to find out where I could feed my obsession, I discovered I had to have some kind of help to access since the TV I am using is older (circa early 2000's). I sent my son to the store for a Roku, and he grabbed this device, which amazingly was quite inexpensive. It was very, very, VERY easy to hook up, and within minutes I was able to watch all the hockey my heart desires!!

I am really enjoying my experience with Roku Express! I have never used Roku before, heard about it, but was an Amazon fire tv subscriber. I have to say that it is very easy to navigate and for someone like me I appreciate the how to’s and all the additional tv or streaming capabilities all in one place! It seems to be more reliable than my actual smart tv! If you haven’t had the chance to try Roku you are definitely missing out on an awesome viewing experience! Definitely referring people I know to give it a try!
