I love these and have two of them installed on older televisions that aren't smart tv's. Since I only have streaming services, this is a must have. The USB power supply cuts down on the number of outlets required and quite frankly, the performance is on par if not better than my smart tv's.

I have a Roku unit in my bedroom, so I saw the add for add on unit and ordered it. I received the unit quicker that expected. The set up was mostly automatic and very easy. It pulls all the info from your existing Roku. The only request I would have to Roku would be to add volume control the the remote.
I would also recommend the new remote I purchased for my primary unit with backlit controls. I don’t know how I ever got along without it. It is so great in a dark bedroom at night.
