Good product, lots to choose from. But, the remote is lacking. It needs to add the channel buttons and volume button so there’s less switching between the tv remote and the Roku remote.

I bought the Roku a month ago to replace my cable box. There is a lot there to uncover. It is not the most user-friendly device I have ever seen, but if I ever it, I think I will be extremely happy.

Operation is seamless, smooth and fast. Had become accustomed to halting, slow and sketchy behavior of Fire TV devices. Roku is much better; a pleasure to use. I have a Roku Stick+ as well. Five stars for that device as well.
