these suck really badly

these are the worst earbuds I've ever used. when I try and connect them through Bluetooth, I always have to repair them to my device which is really annoying when I want to use them. wearing these are really annoying and painful after a short time of using these and the hard plastic around started to come off and makes these even worse to wear. these are the worst earbuds I've ever used, and I would never buy another pair of these

Faulty - Constantly troubleshooting
on April 6, 2022
Posted by: SCWill
I've spent more time troubleshooting than actually listening to these. The sound is great, but they both rarely work. The left earbud either won't power up, or won't pair with the right ear bud (which is the primary/master). There are tons of complaints on the internet for this reason. I would avoid this product.

great sound quality, not so great fit

when they stay put firmly in my ears, they sound great! but even slight movement you lose the bass. if you have large ear canals, i'd recommend going with earbuds with silicon tips. it'd be great if these had molds to help them stay in your ear for those of us with large ear canals

It's a good product but it's not for me. The pieces are a hard material that hurts my ears. I should have stuck with the other type that has the jell ear piece.

Not Bad Ear Buds could makes some improvements
on April 16, 2022

I bought these to try out to see if I like the Ear buds and so far they are good but stand to have some improvements. Improvement number 1) JBL could include a USB charge wall wart with this product. 2) The unit disconnect after a certain amount of time which I JBL could either do away with or let people use their app to control that feature. 3) Mic quality could be improve as well.

Does not fit larger ears, not adjustable, no wax guard, poor fit, slippery, fall out easy, do not seal to ear.

Doesn't connect
on April 23, 2022

I bought these buds a little while back, and the right one won't sync to the left one, and only the left one connects to my phone. I've tried resetting them, doesn't do anything.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Please try to clean the contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case.
You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning.
Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. It is important to perform this process periodically to keep your headphones clean, thus avoiding affecting the charging speed/quality. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.
If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can check your warranty options.
