The lowest setting is still pretty loud. I’ve had this set for 6 weeks the right ear bud is no longer charging. I’ve tried cleaning inside the charger and bud itself. I should’ve just spent the extra money on air pods.

Love them! I clean houses and the battery lasts all day! Every other Bluetooth set I have had like this is dead with in a week.

Great sound quality

I bought this pair 4 months ago and the work great up until you use them for a long time then the get fuzzy but other than that great bass and great sound quality

They Dont Last

Didn't last 6 months before the rubber pealed off. Didn't last 1 year before the left bud started having connection and charge issues.

We're sorry to hear that the right earbud of your JBL Tune 225TWS stopped working. It is not uncommon to have charging problems with True Wireless headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the earbuds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt. If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need a cotton cloth or makeup swabs, cotton swabs, and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with an eraser for further cleaning. Hurts my ears

My wife bought me a pair for Christmas. And the rubber on the ear piece has already started coming loose,and it dig's into my ear and causing it to be sore. This first happened to the left earbud so I only use one now. Also because the left earbud has half the sound of the right earbud. I was very excited to receive these earbuds. I thought that since they were from a good brand, that they would be awesome. But unfortunately they are pretty terrible. JBL, you might try using stronger glue around the edges of the rubber so it stays attached to the plastic. I had really high hopes for this product. I've only had cheaper type earbuds up to this point and unfortunately it looks like I will continue to buy cheaper brands because of this. My wife paid more thinking they would be better, but that was certainly not the case. They did sound good for a few days as a pair. The right earbud has great sound, but it hurts to much to wear them anymore.

Love my jbl buds. The sounds quality is amazing. The battery last all day for me. Great prices too

I really love these...but

I bought these on a whim, but have been incredibly impressed. There were a couple of ticks I gradually got used to and the sound quality is fantastic. However, after only a couple of months, the rubber piece that covers the outside of the headphone, resting inside of your year has started to separate from the plastic. It doesn't look like this is an easy fix and worst luck it's happening to both resulting in them hurting my ears after prolonged use.
