Worked great until the make didn't hold up

I bought these 4 months ago. Instantly, I loved them. Sound quality is great and they fit really nicely (i had trouble with other headphones before). However, 2 things. One, they kept falling out whenever I'd go running, and I understand these aren't ideal for the sport, but it was really frustrating. (Might just be my ears though). The worst thing is what happened just 2 days ago. I put my left headphone in and after a while, my ear starts to get agitated. Well, the rubber thingy around the speaker connecting it to the stick was popping out and scratching against my ear. Yes, I've dropped them quite a few times, but I thought they would be a bit more durable. I do love them so I'll keep them, but slightly upset it wasn't a happily ever after.

As an android user who can't use IEMs, these are almost as comfortable as Airpods, plus BT5 gives them a very stable connection and the controls actually work with my galaxy. The audio is good for the price range. My only complaint is that they are not sweat resistant. Hopefully that will not cause a problem as I generally use them for running. I'm hoping that the next version of these will be.

Can you hear me now?

These were a gift for our sons16th birthday. When he fist used them the sound was phenomenal and he enjoyed them. Less than 4 weeks and the volume has minimized. We made sure they were fully charged. Still the volume won’t turn up. Not sure what’s wrong, but we plan on contacting the company to see if they can be replaced.

Thanks for taking the time in providing your review with our JBL Tune 225TWS. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. Please try to clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case using cotton, cloth, or makeup swab, cotton swabs, and rubbing alcohol. Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed. This procedure can be performed on all TWS earphones and cases. Buenos días, mis headphones me han funcionado de maravilla en mi celular, pero no puedo conectarlos a mi computadora, me pide un PIN ya he intentado con 0000, 1234 y 1111, pero nada.

Durable

I bought these last year. They were great for zoom meetings, walking the dog, and cleaning the house (I can hear my music over the vacuum). I lost one while at my son's practice. I searched the building where I thought I lost it and had no luck. I chalked it up to a loss. I just found the missing one outside. It spent a week outside. It has snowed and rained this week. It is scratched for sure, but I hit the power button, paired my Bluetooth, and the darn thing is still working. I'm impressed. Thanks for a great product!

Just got these. Can't walk and talk at all. Multiple parties state they cannot hear me unless i am standing still.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Tune 225TWS: 1. Please try using a different call app to check if you'll experience the same audio problem. 2. Try using a different source ex. (phone, tablet) if the audio will be the same using a different device. 3. Try to reset the earbuds: Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for reset to work.) It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. 4. A low signal can cause bad audio as well. If you need more help, please contact us, so we can assist you: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#call
