Will not turn on.

I installed my ac unit in 2020, I contacted GE Appliance to get someone to come look at my ac unit. No one ever showed up because of Covid-19, They claimed they were sending me a gift certificate to buy a new air conditioner and it has been a year later and still no certificate to buy a new one. Very Unsatisfactory!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This air conditioner was the best priced I was able to find, at first I didn't think it would do what I needed but after I ran it for a day its great! It keeps both my room and my son's room very cool even on it's lowest setting.
