Arrived very well packaged and in good shape. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Was able to install it myself and had it up and running within an hour after opening the container.

This is my primary air conditioner for my bedroom and it is not cooling it like freezes up very quickly. I haven’t even had it for a month yet. Would not recommend this product.

Awesome little unit

Cooled a 20' x 25' bedroom with attached master bath from 86 degress to 65 degrees in 5 hours and maintained that temp steadily throughout the 90 plus degree days. This unit was installed in the bathroom window due to lack of outlets close to main room windows. Unit was not directly vented into the bedroom due to window location and vent direction limitations but cooled excellently regardless of the extra work it had to do. Unit is a tad loud but not excessive enough to hamper sleep.
