Good Unit, Low Seer

Works well. A little noisy at highest speed. Low SEER rating. We are trying to keep energy costs lower and this unit is not very energy efficient. Easy to install.

Easy to install. Control knobs easy to understand. Not sure yet if energy efficient-have not received a new electric bill. Noise level minimal. Cooling this small room with a heat index of 100+. Would buy again.

It does a decent job but I wish I purchased an AC with a remote. I have a similarly sized GE AC purchased a few years ago which seems to work about the same but it came with a remote making it a lot more convenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased it because of the price, this is the second one I purchased, as the last one lasted only one year. I wish it would last longer, that's why I registered the product for replacement next summer.

Too noisy and got moldy

We are more than happy to provide guidance with this air conditioner. The mold and mildew you experienced in this machine can be caused by the unit dripping water inside the case. This can be due to the air conditioner not being slightly tilted to the outside. For proper disposal of the excess water, make sure the air conditioner slants slightly from the case front to the rear.
