Product is easy to install & use. We are using the unit in a 12x12 bedroom & it cools very nicely!! Would recommend buying this product.

I love my new a/c. It was properly installed. I havent hadany breathing issues since I got it. The heat and humidity really bothers me. Its quiet and cold off the rooms well
