I had no problem installing product, the air conditioner keeps our small spare room at a wonderfully cool 68 degrees. It is fairly quiet when running and seems to be energy efficient. Great buy for the price.

It cools well enough.

It cools well enough with moderate heat. Over 95 degrees though and the unit really struggles to keep it cool. I don't use it at less than maximum cool and air flow. Anything less would be ineffective. It suffices for a small camper though.

This is a smaller unit for rooms about 100 to 150 square feet in size. For the best cooling performance, make sure there is nothing obstructing the unit such as a curtain or piece of furniture, doors and windows are kept closed, and the unit is properly sized for the area. Also, make sure the filter is cleaned regularly. We hope this helps. - John@GEAppliances
