The suction and maneuverability are great, but I feel like the overall quality, especially the tube and the floor roller, feel flimsy for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had Dyson’s for quite a while and prior to this one. I have a lighter version with the Laser. This version is the Fuller version and it’s a bit heavier, almost a bit too heavy for me, and I noticed that the section does not seem to be as powerful. I’m not sure if this one is a refurbished machine which it may be that I got under my warranty, but in the future, I would go back to the lighter version. Yet I do love the Laser that’s untouchable.
I think this vacuum is great so far. I love the laser on my wood floor, shows dog hair. Good suction. My reason for 4 stars, is the weight, it is heavy. I also wish it extended just a little further.
Working well, I’d give a five, except that the power seems held back. Doesn’t suck in like I thought it would. In saying this, the V15 does do the job well.
Hard to push on carpets in comparison to my V11. Its impossible to use on mats thst are carpeted

I like the vacuum however on carpets it's very hard to push even with adjusting the roller bar.

The vacuum is easy to use and performs amazing, but could be built a bit more sturdy. Especially where the wand and vac unit meet. Aside from that, a trigger lock option would be nice for things like the pet attachment. Either way, it exceeded my expectations and is by far the most powerful vac I’ve owned.

I've always been a tank vacuum person. I liked the power head attachments. Now, ley me t ell you, I puchased a Dyson v 15 detect. I had read the reviews. I've always kept what I considered a clean home. I eye/ lighted attachment showed me otherwise. I liked the fact it shows the type of dust you have on a little read out. I had to do research on dust mites and why I could't see them, I still can't see them, however, now I am able to clean for them. The only complaint I could have is, you need to detach the battery for 30 seconds to reset the dust moniter.
