We are astounded by how deeply our new Dyson V15 Absolute cleans. The suction is very, very good. The particle detection feature is also an eye-opener and gives us data and satisfaction that we are in fact doing a good job of cleaning. The hardwood floor tool is quite amazing as it illuminates particles on the floor that are virtually invisible when not illuminated. The battery life is more than sufficient to clean several rooms and switching between attachments is very easy. The portability is also a huge plus with our two-story house. Cleaning steps has never been easier and the convenient bracket to store and charge the vacuum is great. If you are in the market for a new vacuum, the V15 Absolute should be atop your list. You won't be disappointed.

I've had this vacuum for about 2.5 weeks and so far I love it. The reason for buying is that I have another Dyson (DC 65) and it performs so well that I decided to purchase the cordless Dyson because it's so light and I can easily access it for unexpected floor clean ups. I could have bought cheaper models of different brands but reading the reviews changed my mind. A truly great investment.

I'm not quite sure I like it yet. I'm having a hard time using it on my carpet and I thought the battery would last a little bit longer.

I have had this for two months now and is definitely a love/hate relationship! I am a little obsessive about cleaning and the roller with the light that picks up virtually every bit of dust is crazy good, the issue is, the green light shows everything and it is not the widest head, so it takes me a long time to vacuum over 2000 sf of hardwood floors. I started doing one room or more every day to cut down on time. Biggest issue, I cannot get the arm that bends to go under beds, etc., so I still have to use other tools and the roller head is too large to fit under some furniture, so you can see the dust under it, but have to go get something else to go get it.

This was without anything else coming close, the best packaging of any item I have ever bought. Your innovations with corrugated board bent and locked together is really a site to behold. Needless to say I would suspect your problems with shipping are next to none.
