Outstanding design, clean. Hair goes straight to the bin as advertised which is incredible! You don’t need to have contact with the gunk as it empties flawlessly :) I’m giving 4 stars as the battery life is quite poor.

the vacuum picks up more particles then the V8 model which I have owned for 7 years. I live with a cat, so picking up hair and dander is important.

My family has always had hand-me-down vacuums. They were big, bulky, and heavy. It made it annoying to transport up and down the stairs and made vacuuming the carpeted stairs more challenging. The Dyson V15 changed all of that. It takes me a fraction of the time to vacuum more of my house. I don't have to go over the same spot, several times to clean a dirty carpet because the suction is so good. Also, having a cordless vacuum that you can easily turn into a handheld vacuum cleaner made doing my stairs way more convenient.

This is an A+ vacuum cleaner when it comes to cleaning. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that it is my first vacuum cleaner that requires holding the on off button when using. The first time I used it I had the beginnings of a blister. If I would have used it longer, a blister would have formed. I haven't had it that long, but when I use it, I wear a glove. I certainly wish that wasn't necessary.

I previously owned a Dyson V15 that unfortunately stopped working, even after replacing the main body. This new one is my replacement—and I LOVE it! I’m so excited to have my Dyson back.
It’s incredibly lightweight yet powerful, making cleaning a breeze. I can easily take it out to our camper and know that dust and debris are truly gone, without particles being released back into the air. I also love the clever stick design that stores an attachment right inside—no more searching for it!
The battery life works perfectly for my needs, as I typically use it for about 30 minutes at a time. Overall, I’m thrilled with this machine and so happy to be using a Dyson again!

This vacuum is powerful and has good battery life. The problem is it says it’s recommended for “All Floors”. It is terrible on rugs or carpet. All my rugs are short pile and not much to them but this vacuum you can hardly push along the rug. Who needs a vacuum that can only clean hard floors but can’t to rugs or carpets. For the price of this thing it’s a joke.
Dyson, make a power head for the V15 that will vacuum carpet!

This vacuum is a powerful beast, capable to sucking Labrador retriever hair and fine particles of dirt and dust off the floor, out of rugs, and accumulated in corner, crevices and couch cushions. I am also impressed with how well the washable HEPA filter works. The air forced out of the vacuum while it is inhaling dirt snd dog hair smelled remarkably clean and almost fresh. I hope it lasts as long as my v12 Animal, which wasn’t nearly as powerful but helped keep my home clean for almost 6 years.

I love the vacuum but am missing the crevice tool attachment. Have had zero luck contacting through the website and will likely have to pick up the phone but it is irritating I can't respond to the order with my issue.
