The vacuum works as advertised. Was really disappointed that the instructions were not spelled out well at all. No where did it state that the wand attachment had to be inserted to allow main tube or second attachment to work. We spent most of 1 day trying to figure this out. Had to call Dyson to see if a piece had been omitted. In the call we were told that the wand attachment had to go on first. This really makes no sense to me why they would design it that way.
