Battery life is poor on high. Didn’t do well in eco setting. Pretty disappointed.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I actually hate it. Very expensive and it doesn’t do well with my brand new carpeting. I can barely push it across the floor. I tried different attachment still wasn’t good. Very disappointed!

the V15 seems to work ok. I am disappointed in the instructions for assembly. Looks like Dyson changed the design but did not take the time to update the instructions. This sloppy work makes me question the quality of their engineering.

I have two V11s and they're wonderful. This one.... is not up to Dyson standards. The turning is clunky and lifts off the floor defeating the purpose of the 360 swivel head. Its not vacuuming correctly/suctioning properly. The gadgets & overall assemble is not as smooth and it sticks. And finally- the vacuum trigger button on this one is SO uncomfortable!!
I do not understand how this is even the same company creation.

We replaced our V6 that we have had for 7 years with the 15 detect. It works great and the new laser feature is both addicting and disturbing (as now is see how gross my dog is all the time). The particle size graph is a fun feature as well.
Would give a higher rating, but instructions were non existent and support doesn’t speak English very well and couldn’t understand my question.

We use one attachment more than the other for our need. But we wish it had the dust light as well. We live the dust light but ca not really use that attachment on our floor
