Constant pulling of the trigger causes discomfort

Bought this for Christmas. Works very well. Main issue is that you have to keep the trigger pulled for it to run instead of it just adding like a on/off switch. This causes discomfort on the trigger finger with prolonged use. Definitely not something I expected from such an experience vacuum. We had upgraded from an Amazon stick style vacuum and may be returning to using that one instead as there is no discomfort involved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love everything about this vacuum! The laser optic is amazing. Before buying, the laser feature wasn't what I was very interested in, but when I used it the day I got it, I didn't want to stop because of that feature! It makes a huge difference in dust/dog hair pickup. Also, the battery run time is perfect. It's never run out on me. I'm in my 70's and this is the best vacuum I've ever used in my life!

I have been using this since just before Christmas and I have to say I am loving it so far. The floor attachment does a great job of actually getting the dog hair up. And the light! I can see all the dirt and dog hair that needs picking up. It’s also fairly easy for me to maneuver. Batter is holding a charge well, as I’ve only had to recharge a couple of times so far. The upholstery tool is a winner also.

We bought our V15 Detect for the strong suction and battery life. It's great for floors, but it is removing the pile from our carpet, i.e., the carpet head is overly aggressive, even with the suction at minimum and the setting that leaks air. Unfortunately there does not seem to be an alternate head that is less rough on our carpet, so we can only use the V15 for floors.
