- Customers need to keep the attachments somewhere and somehow. If I designed the attachments, I would have made them in a shape that they would all require the same shape of utility hook to hang them from inside a cabinet or a wall.
- The manual diagrams are not very clear and require deep reading. Especially it does not clearly show how the small attachment is required and inserted in the long tube.
- The unit must be designed in a special shape that it would make it easier to be picked up from the sliding hanger and include a blocker piece to prevent the operating button to get activated.
- I also noted a line in the back above the serial number of the unit that shows like a crack but may not be. Your number 2 below (add image) does not allow me to attach a picture.
I have used it only couple of times and I noted the above issue so far.

"Best Vacuum I have ever used" going all the way back to the Kirby I grew up with and all other brands after that. The light and hardwood floor roller is amazing. I love the cordless battery-operated feature that allows plenty of time for cleaning all of the floors due to the smart power feature. The weight of the unit is great. It fits under most of my furniture with legs due to the long maneuverable stick and perfect head size. This kind of innovation is a game changer. I can't believe how much dirt was left on the floors with my previous vacuum. If this vacuum last for 8 years without repair, you will put everyone else out of business.

Do not like not having attachments attach directly to the cleaning head. Also mine did not come with a crevice attachment like my older V8 model, big disadvantage

I am enjoying my new vacuum, specially, the extended battery compared to my 11. Furthermore. I’m especially enjoying the laser on it as it allows me to see all the dirt that’s on the hardwood floors and not to mention the other attachments that come with it overall it’s a great vacuum. I Almost want to say it’s a 100% better than my previous Dyson 11.
