This is my 3rd one. I manage a VRBO that has a 5,000 square foot house. 2 of the vacuums are left there and I use the 3rd one at home. We run across some pretty bad conditions, mostly lots of dog hair at times. Works perfectly, picks up great, and has lots of power. The battery life is great as we have not ran out of charge. 100% satisfied!
I love how easy this vacuum is to use, and living with dogs, I use it every day. That being said, I've had it a couple of weeks and the seal in/on the bin broke. While emptying the canister it fell into the trash can. After further investigation this seems to be a reoccurring issue. I shouldn't have this issue, at this price point, after a couple weeks of use. A new bin is on the way and I hope the issue will be resolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had the same Dyson for sixteen years. It was AMAZING! Then we had a house fire; goodbye, faithful friend. I went to the reviews to get the best Dyson available today since I plan to use this for another sixteen, and this delivers on every level. I don't think I have had a cleaner house ever. The light to see all the dirt you didn't notice is either a game changer or an OCD nightmare. Either way, happy with my purchase.
I bought this about a month ago and it was sent with the wrong stick. I was told there are none in stock and they don’t know when it will be sent out. I would think it wouldn’t be hard to get one in the way soon, but apparently it is. The vacuum works great, but I can’t do my floors! Help!
