I upgraded from a V11 to the V15 and the difference is amazing. I am very happy with the performance and the green light with the floor attachment is a game changer.
The instructions for assembly were lacking. The vaccum stick does not just snap together like the picture shows. We had to do a search on the internet and find discussions from other people that have had the same issue in order to figure out how to assemble it. Once we got it together it has been working fine.
I purchased the vacuum cleaner a couple of weeks ago. This vacuum is a game changer. My floors and carpets are so much cleaner. I had no idea how much dirt was being left by my old vacuum cleaner. It is expensive but worth every penny.
I have had this vacuum about 3 weeks and it does a great job. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is hard to push on carpet. Really gives you a workout when cleaning the whole house. Overall a good vacuum.
It works very well. Emptying the bin is much easier than older model. The fluff head is very effective on the hard floor; but the carpet head stops spinning on a thick carpet. I tried opening the front intake adjustment level to negative but was not effective. Please let me know if there is a fix to that.
But the build quality is whack, especially for the price. It’s plasticky and the v15 absolute handle-attached-to-the-handle design makes it feel wobbly.
Not sure about this one chief.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it because I thought it would pick up all the dog hair but it didn’t. I’m kind of disappointed.
