There are no areas of improvement. The setup was gopd. I use this product volunteering & at home.

I found this machine was not user friendly and decided to send it back after only a few hours trying to use it. The HP machine that I had to replace was much easier to understand and use.

Have used the 9125e for several weeks. Takes a lot to get used to after owning the 8600. I guess the most trouble I had was with the software installation.....and I don't know if I'm through yet. Once downloaded...I thought I was through with that operation but as soon as I went to scan....I found out that wasn't the case.....more downloads. I think I'm on the way now with my all-in-one printer.

I have always used an HP printer for home- I needed a new one that would I could use for work as well as home. After researching-I thought this would be a good one. It is not. The printer struggles to print anything of any other type of paper other than normal copy paper.

Not as easy to use as advertised. Shakes table significantly while printing - probably should be on floor for safety. Incompatible with Adobe Acrobat Pro for scanning
