The printer is not user friendly. The three inch dark rectangle that lists the 'menu' is very difficult to read as it is so dark and awkward to access as it is on a printer stand next to the computer. The print is very light. I really liked the HP Photosmart printer that I had to replace. This one doesn't compare in quality, ease of use , etc. I couldn't find any other HP printer to buy and I do like the HP ink program which automatically reads the ink level of the cartridges and sends the needed ink when it is time.

This printer is great!! We have 2 computers connected to it. Better than my old one. It connects fairly easily to the internet for a wifi connection and even more so when my internet service went off. Nice printer, no problems!

Better than I expected, particularly impressed with the smaller size of previous HP printers. Unbelievably quiet and super fast. Set up was a bit tricky and required listening and struggling with the typical AI junk I finally got a human on the line who was super helpful and fun. With 10+ years of experience with HP printers I still can’t find the sweet spot to set the print to “draft”.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Right out of the box the paper feed for the scanner is not working. I will be calling HP for a resolution. The printer is not sturdy and the paper tray is flimsy.

Owned an older version, the "6978" for about 9 years and never had a problem with it. I recently purchased the "9125e" and thus far, I am very happy with its overall performance.
