This is by far the worst HP printer that I have ever bought. The setup is complicated and difficult. The screen on the printer is virtually useless, as all the controls have to be set up on the laptop using the HP Smart App. I have spent hours just trying to set up the scan-to-email option that is usually quite easy to set up. In the end I was only able to scan to a folder on my laptop. I would never buy this printer again and would rather trade it in.
Love this printer, it was an excellent update to our previous printer HP8012. It’s so much quicker at printing, the printing quality is far superior & ink cartridge wise, they last ages. 11/10
This Printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 9122e replaced an older model 8020 and is far better using a much improved colour screen with more positive Apps. Print quality is superb together with speedy printing.
I still do not have the booklet telling me how to operate the HP Office Jet Pro 9120e series printer not the 9122e. I also was told HP would reinstall all the icons that I had with my old printer and have not. I do not know how to scan or fax. I was told HP would show me and they have not. I am disappointed and upset.
Printing ok now set up (painful) but lacks notification of paper thickness. For instance what's the thicket it will take? Cartridges yet another size and very expensive.

This is my third HP printer over many years and so far all seems good. My previous printer an HP ENVY Photo 6200 series worked well but had an annoying fault in that if whilst on standby i went to make a 'Copy' using the scanner it would enter 'Fault mode' and I would have to unplug and reboot which was quite annoying as it was not easy to access the rear mains plug. Unfortunately HP could not fix the issue despite many tries and hours on the phone, I should have returned I guess however so far so good with new HPI3A591A (HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e Series) .
