The printer seems fine it’s the overall connection to my router that has been an absolute nightmare. I changed the printer initially from an older HP to this one because of that problem . The problem is still there. Been onto the helpdesk many times to resolve.
It's better and quicker than my last one, but I am getting issues already. Door open messages when it clearly isn't and faults when I try to switch off. Will be talking to cusoter support.
Purchased as a replacement for an older HP printer that contnues to be in use. The new printer is an updated version of the above which was easy to set up and is working well,

Really sets up well, used mainly with wireless printing option from phone, laptop and I pads Will use other features when needed. I have set up smart ink plan as I had before with previous printer. You do have to remember to pull paper extender out as it is not automatic
