The printer seems fine it’s the overall connection to my router that has been an absolute nightmare. I changed the printer initially from an older HP to this one because of that problem . The problem is still there. Been onto the helpdesk many times to resolve.

Really sets up well, used mainly with wireless printing option from phone, laptop and I pads
Will use other features when needed. I have set up smart ink plan as I had before with previous printer. You do have to remember to pull paper extender out as it is not automatic
