So far I’ve made tea, hot chocolate, and caramel coffee. All tested delicious. The hot chocolate was extra foamy.
The machine is easy to use. You open the flap, insert the flavour pack, close it and then press the brew button.

Super simple to use and the coffee is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a coffee expert or anything, but I've been using this machine for a while now and I'm actually really happy with it. Usually, I don't care that much about what kind of coffee I drink, but the stuff that comes out of this machine tastes great every time. It's super easy to use-you just put the packet in, press a button, and you're done. I also like that there are so many options. My counter stays organized with that holder, and I can switch between coffee, tea, or cocoa depending on my mood. If you just want a solid cup of coffee without any complicated setup, this is definitely the way to go. No complaints at all!

It comes with the machine and holder to keep everything organized at 84 fresh packs so you’re not stuck buying an extra stuff right away, you can make coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and lattes and it’s fast and under a minute tight fast what I like most is how simple it is no measuring no miss just pop it in and go. Perfect if you’re busy or got a lot going on. Overall it’s convenient and does what it’s supposed to do. I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After set up the machine I was able to do my tea and coffe. It will cleans the water tank before brewer the fist cup of coffe. The machine is fast and needs to keep the water level topped to work. I love the Jazmin tea. The machine look beautiful in the coffee spot.

Unique and fascinating beverage dispenser perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty unique machine I actually kinda dig it. Interesting to use packets vs cups or pods, but the dispense method is where it gets pretty cool. First time I used it I didn't have the cup situated underneath before I pressed any buttons and ended up with powder from the packet all over my counter. On the second attempt I had a cup ready, there's quite a few options but the machine guides you through which ones you can press for each type of packet. My favorite part is the jet of water that sprays to create the foaminess if the drink requires it. Love the variety of drink packets, however I'd love to see more variety packs offered online as well as larger sizes for drinks. Haven't seen anything like this in stores so refills are a little more obscure if you plan to keep it at work or in the office. Otherwise it's a pleasantly solid machine that'll last as long as I can purchase refills
