[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flavia coffee machines are a testament to Lavazza coffee engineers trying to perfect a single cupcoffee experience. Each type of coffee or drink pouch is individually isolated to each cup by the way the pouch is engineered. I never wanted a single-Kup coffee maker because all the flavors of coffee all taste the same. Flavia has created a system that can make hot chocolate, vanilla lattes, iced coffee owesome iced flavored water drinks. I used one of these units probably 20 years ago and wondered why they never took off for home use like other single cup units because the coffee tasted like coffee. This was supposed to come with a tray of samples, too but it does not appear they shipped together. Not a huge deal, because this machine is phenomenal anyway!
