[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my daughter's 13th birthday and she loves it! I didn't realize all the features it had until after receiving it. I was blown away by all the technology that goes with this tiny little printer. I wish I had gotten one for myself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this product for just about a week now and I love it. I own a med spa and before and after pics are vital to my business and I can now print them instantly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little printer! Prints great! Extra bonus that I don't have to buy ink! Would 100% buy it again!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product! The app is very easy to use and you can edit the photo in the app. Great way to make scrapbooking or bullet journaling easy. The photo is 2x3 and prints quick!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this HP mini printer was going to have better quality than Fuji instax cameras. I was sadly disappointed in the print quality and that is even with loading the blue sheet with my pinter paper pack and trying to adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation. I may just use this for black and white photos but will be going to Cannon with Hope's of getting the print quality I am looking for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to hear that you’re so disappointed in the print quality of your printer. I can see how this would be frustrating as well as disappointing, especially considering that you did a lot of troubleshooting on your own. So, let me see whether I can offer you some helpful information.
First, I recommend following the steps in this guide to improving print quality in Sprocket printers: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05660842
If the problem persists, I recommend that you reach out to us so we can work through any necessary troubleshooting with you. We’re always here to help, so you can get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
