I got my “Brother CS7000X Computerized Sewing and Quilting Machine, 70 Built-in Stitches, LCD Display, Wide Table, 10 Included Feet” and the first thing I though was how light the machine is.
Well, I set up and sat down with the instructions, as I am not tech savvy and thought I will never figure out all these stitches.
So, first things first let’s get it threaded and start with the straight stitches. I think I am pretty good at sewing but has been a while sitting down and making something from pattern or quilting.
The “Brother CS7000X Computerized Sewing and Quilting Machine, 70 Built-in Stitches, LCD Display, Wide Table, 10 Included Feet” is amazing, I almost felt like I did not have to be there to feed, or keep it aligned. The machine seems to do that for you, and it has 3 settings for how slow or fast you want.
Selecting settings on the machine is simple for what stitch or design you would like. I am up to 4 different sewing patterns which my favorite it the “Hearts”. I can run this selected stitch down a strip of material and not have to do a hem stitch because the width I chose goes fractions from the edge stitching the folded edges.
The “Brother CS7000X Computerized Sewing and Quilting Machine, 70 Built-in Stitches, LCD Display, Wide Table, 10 Included Feet” comes with all the attachments such as bobbins, seam ripper and for sewing buttons holes, zipper, or hem line mended.
The “Brother CS7000X Computerized Sewing and Quilting Machine, 70 Built-in Stitches, LCD Display, Wide Table, 10 Included Feet” is a great machine for beginners to learn on because of the many different setting for sewing just about anything.

LOVE IT !!

When my old Brother machine finally succumbed to old age, it was time for a new one. I did a lot of research about many different brands. I just wanted a simple machine that was easy to use. I LOVE this machine!! I was in the middle of a quilt when my old one was done. I literally took it out of the box, reviewed the set up, and started sewing. There are of course things to relearn, like the back stitch. But I actually like it. I have more control of it than before. I sat down one day and started playing with the different stitches and familiarized my self with it. I love it. I would definately recommend it.

Don't be afraid of digital machine

Watching the videos and looking at the diagrams, plus reading the manual (yay for a printed manual!) really helps with any confusion about how to thread the machine, etc. I watched them all, even the ones that I don't expect to need. Thanks so much for providing those! The speed control helps me make sure I don't sew faster than my ability when doing something new. I've tried some of the fancy stitches and buttonholes, and I really love them. I wasn't sure about the digital aspect - I'm old school and used to dials and buttons - but I'm not having any trouble at all. Just be sure to use the "needle up" when changing thread so the needle-threader is in the correct spot.

One of the cool features is the tray that has measurements, and it is is easy to attach!
You remove the flatbed attachment by pulling left, also for those who got confused like me at first.
It comes with 26 accessories, and it has 70 built-in sewing stitches, including decorative stitches and quilting stitches. The stitches are displayed on the side of it also.
One of my favorite parts I've already grown to love since I'm Shakey is, the automatic needle threader. It comes in handy for multiple reasons, and can help older people or people who have disabilities that make them tremble or have problems using their hands. It also comes with the foot control pedal.
It has a LCD display, which is nice for dim rooms too. I love the fact it has a case, or also known as a "protective hard cover" that goes over it to protect the machine. It's very easy to set-up and use, and not only that but it also helps grow your skills! This means it's also great for classrooms.
TIP: In the instructions is a QR code You can scan on your phone and download an app to have help if you should need it which is also comforting since people sometimes have problems understanding instructions or may not understand something. New to Sewing

I am new to sewing, and still barely have any idea, but this machine was super easy to set up and use right away! I got it due to price vs. accessories (vs. availability!!). I felt like the manual was not as "painful" as other manuals and there are videos if you use the QR code sticker on it. The setup was easy and the bobbin threading was even easier! The machine kind of just moves the fabric its self and where it needs to sew. I have been interested in learning how to sew for a long time, but never learned. I started to learn in March 2020 by watching many videos. I tried to learn on and off for months on my grandma's almost-new (not computerized) sewing machine, but neither of us knew it was a lemon for a long time as we were both so clueless, haha! I feel like this would be/is a great sewing machine for a beginner of any age! My mother thought it was pretty cool, too!

Loving my Brother CS7000X computerized sewing machine so far. My only disappointment so far is that I thought since it took sized 15 bobbins, I would be able to use my old metal bobbins in it. Unfortunately, I can not. I will have to rewind alllll my many bobbins. Oh well, one at a time, as needed! I'll survive...LOL!

I have had this machine for a little over two years. Three quilts, one dress and many alterations later, still going strong. Easy set up, a dream to sew on! Love this machine.

It has so many awesome features that make sewing even faster! With so many options to choose from you can end up with so many fun details. I am loving this machine. My husband even used it last night to fix a shirt and was so impressed by it! Great sewing machine and is great for a beginner! Would highly recommend!
