Runaway Wheels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wheels on this suitcase can get away from you! I can push it forward to free my hands for a minute and off it goes on its own. If I am not careful, it can glide away fiercely where I am chasing after it! I do find it to be on the small side; however, given that I got it discounted from the Memorial Day sale, I've accepted its smaller size. This suitcase sure motivated me to walk faster in the airport! LOL.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No pockets of any kind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really missing the pockets I had in my old luggage. No place to store a small, last minute quick entry in the suitcase where it won’t get lost among other things. Wish the wheels navigated bumps in the sidewalk a bit more adeptly. It’s fine.

Good luggage not very durable

I purchased the complete set about a year ago. I lost a wheel on first trip using this luggage. I can still use it but I am afraid of losing another wheel. Thr luggage is very stylish and overall I like it. The bigger luggage does not have pockets.

Great features BUT….

Beautiful luggage with one received as a gift. Okay I have had 2 broken after 3 uses (all within warranty). One snapped at the wheel base (baggage handlers). That same bag the lock broke and he am unusable after the first use. Second bag the shell snapped. I travel to national competitions so after spending so much money on these travel pieces, I’m scared to invest in this brand.

Wonderful features and amazing maneuverability!

I purchased this Delsey set in purple in Macys for a 3 week France and Italy trip. I just got back and this set performed wonderfully!!! It was fully put to the test being that we took trains and buses to get from one town to another. Even being fully packed, my set glided thru airports, train stations and thru the streets of Europe with ease!!!

Such potential!

i LOVED the look and function of this trunk. However, upon the second time I checked it, it came back less a wheel and the bottom was cracked. Very disappointing. As this happened in transit, the airline will replace the suitcase. However, do I buy another piece of hard luggage? My previous experience with Delsey is their spectacular soft-sided luggage which has lasted forever. Maybe I will simpy not join the hard-side craze.

Great but small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item is a beautiful color purple. The maneuverability with the wheels is outstanding. With the USB you have to add your own power bank. I have another Delsey suitcase. I purchased a second one because of the outstanding warranty. The only negative is the size. It’s a little more cramped than other suitcases in the carry-on expandable category.
I would recommend this to a friend!
