I've been using the old software and everything was going fine until I switched to the Connect Version. It sucks bad. Labels don't print correctly, the machines run don't print and keep on running are among the few issues encountered. I'm going back to the old software

So disappointed with the new Software

The new Dymo Connect software needs to be re-written from the ground up. The worst commercial software I have used in 25 years of IT (Systems Engineer). The previous software was so much faster more intuitive, and all-around better. Please include customer beta testers in any future software releases.

The Software Sucks!

The software is total garbage! Hangs and fails to respond. its nearly useless. The printer might be a nice printer but the software is a joke and makes it not worth buying. This is my last Dymo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To resolve this issue, please power cycle your device by disconnecting the power adapter and USB cable from the printer and computer port. Press the power button on your device 15 times to discharge any power from it.

Please visit Dymo.com > Help Center > Software > How to completely uninstall DYMO software Then go to our software compatibility chart by visiting Dymo.com > Download Software > Not sure which software to choose, and then click on the compatibility chart. Please download and install the appropriate software for your operating system.

Great Product

I have been using this label printer for a decade and absolutely love it. I have also gotten one for each of my employees and they love it also. It is nice to be able to have two different types of labels and not have to change all the time.

Our old software is also still available for downloading on our website, please know that the software will not be updated anymore as it is obsolete.

To download and install the old software, please go to dymo.com>Support>Download Software>Not Sure Which Software To Choose>Compatibility Chart and scroll all the way down to All Software Versions and install any the latest version of DYMO Label.

Why do Dymo software developers hate their custome

What a piece of CRAP! This software is basically unusable. I don't understand what their customers did to the software engineers to motivate them to write such bad software? I've used Dymo products for decades and I've never seen anything so terrible in all my life. I know it might be difficult to hire good programmers these days but any college student could write better software than this pile of CRAP!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
