ABYSMAL SOFTWARE MAKES THIS USELESS FOR ME.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Thanks to a recent software update this once great product is now a worthless piece of ... The update not only erased my many important files, it no longer even has the TEMPLATES i was using so I can't reconstruct them. Thanks for ruining something I really needed DYMO!!! :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the lost of your files after the update, if they were saved before the update it will be under your documents in your computer. However, if the labels or addresses were not saved before the update they will be lost.

Our DYMO Connect Software version 1.4.6 and DYMO Label Software version 8.7.4 are compatible with the Windows 11 operating system. To download and install the software, please visit dymo.com, go to Support, then select Download Software. Next, click on "Not sure which software to choose," then select "Compatibility Chart." From there, search for the software by name, choose the operating system, and download the software version compatible with Windows 11.

Works like a champ!

I've had this printer for about 2 years. I have had no problems with it whatsoever. Works like a champ. I just wish Dymo had a twin port wireless printer. Sometimes I need to print something from my phone. No way to do that with this thermal printer.

Can’t switch between label sizes and label maker chooses wrong size label when printing.

Do not purchase

This thing is nothing but problems, never works correctly, stops connecting to the computer. I've had to delete the program off and then re-download it to get it to work again. Jams and keeps feeding, will just start printing blanks and not stop...It is not worth it...

Magnificent machine

We own 2 of these magnificent machines and have used them flawlessly for over 2 decades. The occassional minor issues are generally due to user error and are quickly resolved with patience and very little effort.

My Dymo desktop software (Mac OS Sonoma) stopped working, forcing an "upgrade" to their Dymo Connect app. The new software cannot see my USB-connected printer. It's safe to say this is a complete piece of crap. If I have to buy a new label printer, it will never again be a Dymo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
