It only gets one Fm station and won't get any am stations. I'm only 10 miles from the nearest transmitter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

small, light weight, great clarity

I needed a small radio for a "grab and go bag." Have to use ear buds, but ok with that. Sound is great. Easy to find stations.

Perfect for my needs

I was looking for a small portable radio that I could listen to while I work. I clean a church so it had to include earbuds. This model is perfect for what I was looking for!! The sound is great and it is so easy to use!!
