Got it as a BD gift so I could listen to the Cleveland Indians on a weak FM station. It picks it up better than my other radios.

Bought this the day before "Elsa" was due to pass overhead! So glad I did! Was able to keep track of her from a local radio station as power was out for over 7 hours. Ear buds were way better than I expected to find for something like this. Will be using them with my Kindle Fire and listening to audio books with them!

Bought this to be able to listen to radio during power outages. Was disappointed to discover that you HAVE to listen with the earbuds. There’s no speaker on the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressive sound and bass boost!

This is a new product for me. It was very reasonably priced. I tried programming some stations, and it didn't even require directions. It was completely intuitive, user friendly. And 20 programmable channels is awesome. I am really impressed. It was a great buy. Thanks!
