This is my third Radio Model 300v2289-01. First one the battery hatch door broke. Second one, the jack input came loose internally. Third time's a charm, maybe.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very compact player, easy to hold

I liked that this has 20 presets. Only thing is I wish the button went up and down. It's a pain having to go through the whole list trying to get to a particular preset. The radio is light and easy to hold. And wears easy on the arm

I was impressed with the overall sound it delivers in my cheap headset (not the one included). The reception is very good. I also like to listen to the AM Band. With the BBS activated, it sounds great on an AM music station! Thanks!

Love the features

I will I get plenty of use from this radio. I especially love the Bass Boost System feature. I love being able to listen as I workout. It's convenient as I can attach it to my arm and it's lightweight too.
