This unit is a great size for a small counter and was easy to connect to our existing filtered water system. Our members love the convenience of the unit and the speed that it is able to move from cup to cup. Also, the subscription packages make it simple to keep our unit stocked and ready with minimal cost and effort. The included display stand was a welcome surprise, it is high quality and holds a ton of k-cups.

Needs a dedicated iced coffee setting. Build quality is nice, but doesn’t feel as sturdy as my K155. One plus is that it takes up less room on the counter than the K155. IMO coffee taste better in the K2500.

The K2500 Single Serve Commerical Coffee Maker was purchased for our office as the description of the machine stated that it is completely ready to attach to your water line. We have several staff members who will be using this machine and a reservoir would not be helpful.
When our team went to hook the machine to our water supply, they found that it was not ready to be. Unfortunately, they needed to make a trip to the local hardware store to obtain a part that was able to attach the machine to our water source.
If additional parts were needed, it would have been nice to have that included in the description so I could purchase it along with the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
