I kept seeing water on the counter and the hoses and lines were dry. I put a paper towel under the unit unit the next morning, it was soaked. Water is coming from the back left of the unit. Very frustrating because we had to disconnect the unit and can't use it. This is way too expensive to have any issues onky after 3 days of use. Now I have to spend time dealing with. customer service.

Great Coffee Maker until it springs a leak!

I'm on my 2nd K-2500 Plumbed Commercial Unit and I've been quite happy with both. That is until they spring a leak and leave a giant puddle of water on your counter and floor. The only way to avoid the constant mess is to shut off the supply line after making a cup of coffee. Apparently, I'm not the only K-2500 owner with this issue either... The K-2500 is a great idea with poor execution...

Has to heat up every time you use the machine

We needed to replace our K150P because it stopped working so purchased this machine. Although the design is nice and sleek and is more compact than the K150P, it ended up being a major downgrade from the other machine because it has to heat up every time you use it. If you are used to the K150, you will not be happy since it takes 3 times longer to brew a cup of coffee.

SOLVED: AUTO-ON Design Failure: After searching all over the web and calling advanced tech support, it was obvious that the lack of AUTO-ON was not going to be fixed. Having to turn it on and wait for it to warm up really stinks, so I was able to figure out a solution. Given the cheapo nature of the circuit boards, we all have them on plug-in surge protectors anyway, but by placing a wi-fi plug between the surge protector and the socket, I was able to program it to turn on every day at 0545 with my phone. The action of energizing the board makes it think that someone hit the ON button, so it goes ahead and heats up. The 2 devices hanging out of the plug it not beautiful, but well worth it. I hope that this helps everyone.

I am the service manager for a company that does large volumes in office coffee. The K-Cup machine we have used for a few years is unfortunately no longer manufactured & I began searching for replacements. I purchased 3 of the K-2500 brewers. Tested one in my shop for a few days & was not pleased with the performance of the brewer. My worst complaint, which is a very worthy one, the brew temperature of the coffee, in all functions was in the range of 175 degrees. That leaves the coffee tasting filmy. There is no fix to that problem.

This machine was a replacement for the K150 that was defective and didn’t brew. I have had this replacement machine for 2 weeks now and I continue to get error code 17 Overpressure Detected. Finally got a hold of someone (customer service through all this has been the worse I’ve ever experienced) and they told me to clean the needles. Which I did. Brewed one cup of coffee and same error code. Every single time I attempt to brew a cup of coffee this error code comes up. Now I’m also getting Error Code 23 Pump Timeout. I have successfully brewed only 2 cups of coffee over the very short time I’ve had it. Needless to say my time with Keurig is over which is unfortunate as we have a direct water line specifically for our coffee maker. Very disappointed and frustrated with this machine and Keurigs customer service.

Major downgrade

Goes to sleep after 4 hours. When I come to work in the am, it takes a long time to brew a cup. Wastes my time waiting on this thing. My K-150 never did this. Very annoying coffee maker.

Durable and delicious

We have used this machine (or it’s predecessor} for the past 4 years in a 15 person office setting with zero complaints. Tied directly into the filtered water supply line it has produced literally thousands of hot delicious beverages without fail. Ordering a replacement to put in the cupboard for when this one “gives up the roast” somewhere down the road.
I would recommend this to a friend!
