We've previously had the 1500 model in our office. Well, I work for a group of Physicians and they absolutely love the 2500, they cant stop talking about it. Especially the strong brew option. I think its safe to say they'll drink 2 cups now instead of 5

This is the very best Keurig Coffee Maker I have ever purchased. It plugs directly into the water supply which is so convenient. I look forward to my first cup in the morning and have several others. It's a dream machine.

Connected it to the water filtration system easy enough. We have had issues with our last Keurig K155 Office Pro machine that had to get a new one and I picked this one. We shall see how long this last. I wasn't here when my company purchased the K155 so I don't know how long they last.

Good Overall K-Cup Brewer

This is a good coffee brewer and there is no disputing that. There is a good assortment of cup size settings, and the "strong" brew feature is nice for those looking for a stronger brew. The unit is stylish, more so that our previous K-155. The unit was easy to install and it is easy to keep clean.
So what's not to like... Well I will tell you. My only complaint is that there is no clock, and therefore no wake time setting. This is not a big deal for most of our employees, but I am usually the first to arrive at the office in the morning, and I am used to being able to brew a cup right when I get in with the K-155. Now I have to wait for over two minutes for the water to heat up, which seems like an eternity when you haven't had your first cup of the day yet.
Keurig, a clock with a wake up setting would have made this a 5 star brewer!

After 10 years of really enjoying our Keurig B150, it kinda brewed itself out. We really liked not having to fill a reservoir and the only reason I didn’t rate the new 2500 as a 5 star is because it is not programmable to come on at a set time every morning. I think our 2500 brews faster and the “strong” feature makes a great cup of coffee.

I had this installed 3 weeks ago and everyone absolutely loves it! It is super simple to use and quick and a perfect cup of coffee every time. I have the plumbed in version so it's literally coffee on demand. This version is also sleek and takes up less space than my previous model

I am concerned that the screen is becoming clouded with a broad line running vertically through the screen. Is this damaging the unit ? Does this clear up at some time? The unit appears to be functioning alright, but I am concerned about this screen distortion.
