The good, the bad and the ridiculous!

I replaced my broken Commercial K150P which I loved, with the 2500. The good is that it is sleek looking, much lighter, repairable, much more quiet, nice screen and has a dark brew option.
The bad and the most ridiculous omission from the K150 series is they removed the auto on timer. That was by far my favorite feature. Now you have to wait the 3 to 4 minutes for the water to warm prior to drinking. In addition, the on off switch is half way down the back of the unit, instead of the upper corner where the K150's was. Each morning I must now move the machine away from the wall to turn it on and then wait for it to warm up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Coffee Maker

Prior to the K-2500, I owned an older Keurig plumbed 350 model, that was a workhorse and I was hesitant to replace it. Now...I wish I had done it sooner. This K-2500 model is very modern looking and works like magic. Heats up very quickly, has some real nice extra features and options. You will love this coffee maker, get one! Plus, Keurig customer service is one of the best in world of customer service. They will help you.

Great at first....

This is the second model we had at our business. It is 16 months old and will not work regularly. We have followed the maintenance instructions, troubleshooted and still no resolution. My expectation was that the machine would last for at least a few years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Butler's Pantry Remodel

The K-2550 has been perfect for our pantry remodel. I hated filling up the reservoir in our old machine, so having a plumbed in version solved that. Plus, the water filter makes each cup taste better and more robust.
