I purchased a item that I thought with my true love coffee maker. It was a Christmas gift to me and my wife so it sat in the box on opened for a few weeks. But then a new model came out and I have seen that I liked it even more so I called and with no pressure The representative exchanged it at no fee to me for the new model. We all like the new model

It's a nice unit but its really strange that the unfiltered unit doesn't come with any attachments to connect to a 1/4" water line (standard for small appliances). It literally has a garden hose bibb connection, very strange. Also the website doesn't include any of this information or overall dimensions for the unit (particularly in the "open position"). It didn't fit under the upper cabinets. I needed a carpenter to come out to modify the bottom side of the upper so the mechanism could swing up far enough to insert a pod. Would have been nice to see this dimension BEFORE I ordered so I could have checked it.

This brewer leaks. Others have also reported the problem. Keurig knows or should have known there are problems with this brewer.

Never ready

We bought this machine for our home so we could have an always-ready, plumbed coffee maker. While the machine seems to brew well, it’s never ready to go. Unless you’ve just made a cup within the last few minutes, you have to wake the machine by touching the screen—and then wait for it load its menu and warm the water (neither of which is done quickly). Only then can you brew your cup. So there’s always a lot of waiting for the ability to start your brew before you can walk away and let the machine do its thing. In this regard, the regular home units are much better. Those allow you to just press a button and walk away while the machine warms and brews. For as much money as this model costs, it should be at least as good as the cheaper ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When we remodeled our kitchen we had a line run for a coffee pot and this is absolutely perfect . The water line plugged right in. Hot coffee in under a minute and strong brew option. Also water temp feature. I hope it lasts a long time.

Great Coffee Maker for being commercial

This is our 3rd Keurig for our lounge. I hope this will last a little longer than the other 2 we purchased. We love the ease of being plumb to the water line.
