Great When Working

I wish I could give this more stars, but 2 is generous with how much trouble this machine seems to be giving me. We bought one maybe about 6 months ago, and after a month we started getting the Error Code 4 after a few brews. Called support and they just sent me a newish model. All was good for about a month-month & 1/2, and then the error started up again. Now we can't even brew more than 2 cups without it popping up, us having to clear the log and turn it off then back on, and wait for it to heat up again just for it to do it within 5 minutes. This is not great when you're in a busy office with people who need their coffee. Now have to figure out how to get a different machine, because I'm not dealing with this for a 3rd time. Makes good coffee when it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
