Direct plumbing is the way to go. Machine is sleek and easy to use. We installed ourselves. Have heard nothing but positive reviews from the guys in the office. Always a plus when they don't come to you and ask for help because the coffee machine isn't working!!! :)

Nothing but problems from day one!

Purchased this unit 45 days ago and have had nothing but problems with. Every other cup does not work and we get error code 5! Also been getting the run around on getting a replacement when it has a 15 month warranty and has not worked correctly since it came out of the box. Not very pleased at the moment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
