This machine was purchased for our office which employees just over 200 people in the human services field. A hot, delicious cup of coffee can really be a pick me up to get you through the day and this commercial grade Keurig has brightened a lot of people's days!

The Keurig 2500 is an efficient direct plumb coffee maker. The biggest negative is that the first cup of the day takes a little while to brew. The water does not stay hot overnight so the water has to heat up for the first cup. Subsequent cups take a reasonable amount of time.

Other than how it’s plumbed in it offers little to no value over buying a much cheaper home use model. Also you can’t use reusable filters in the commercial models. If I had known that before I bought it I never would have purchased it!
