My husband has a gym membership but I don't. Im really intimidated by the advanced gyms. He knows that I love to workout at home! He brought these bands home to me and said baby you gotta try them I see ladies use these in the gym All the Time! I was like heck yeah I couldn't wait to try them!
I workout at home with Superherofitness and her bands are really expensive... Im all about support but honestly I had tried others and these GOFIT bands are THE BEST!!! GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I use these every day. They are great! I started with champion resistance bands (they are more narrow and the heavy band is about equal to the light band in this set). I do a lot of leg exercises with these to help correct the problems I have been having with my IT Band. I have been using them for about a month now and have had no issues. I like the small bag to store them in. The instruction book gave me a couple of exercises that I wasn’t doing before but am now.
