My husband has a gym membership but I don't. Im really intimidated by the advanced gyms. He knows that I love to workout at home! He brought these bands home to me and said baby you gotta try them I see ladies use these in the gym All the Time! I was like heck yeah I couldn't wait to try them!
I workout at home with Superherofitness and her bands are really expensive... Im all about support but honestly I had tried others and these GOFIT bands are THE BEST!!! GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I really enjoy my bands and I appreciate the exercise booklet and little carrying bag. So far they are holding up very well. Will update if needed.

I use this with my trainer. I never knew you could do so much with so little and get the burn and work so many different part of your body. Highly recommend
