Love it. Feels pretty strong, the resistance I chose was 50lbs and it does feel like it gives me really good push back.I only wish that they also included a door anchor. But since I had other bands it wasn't a big deal to use one of the other anchors. They also do not include handles. I already had a pair of handles from my other bands that are detachable.

As solid and sturdy as exercise tubes can be, GoFit's bands/tubes are the only brand I'll use in my home gym because I don't fear them breaking and snapping like a giant rubberband (ow!). I've had this happen with cheaper brands. I don't know that the resistance is completely accurate to 100 pounds, as I believe this is subjective according to the weight/strength of the user, the height the band is secured, and the individual composition of the band itself. But that doesn't really matter. What does matter is having increased resistance and getting a good, safe workout in. And those things happen with this brand of tubes.

A whole exercise kit can fit in a small bag. No heavy weights to drop on the floor or your foot. Care must be taken not to alloqw elastic to snap back at you.

I have purchased resistance cables from this company several times... and they have always delivered a quality product and ones that have lasted well.Besides GoFit, I have also used them with modified hook-ups in other resistance exercise programs.(I had previously purchased at least one of the whole range of resistance, these purchases were for extra resistance).
