I love these bands, they are very sturdy and very well made. The only problem I can think of is that the workout doesn't "feel" exactly the same as if you were using the actual gym equipment. So if you are a hardcore workout person then I recommend going to the gym instead, but if you have a small gym at home like me then I definitely recommend getting these. Get a few different sizes so that you can add or remove weight. Perhaps you can go with 20 or 30 lbs at the smallest size, and get increments of 20 lbs.

I'v been using this product for past 9 years and moved up from the 40 lb to 60 lb few years back. I had to cut it in half to fit the type of stretching that is to my liking. Overall it does the job without putting undo stress on my hands' joints. The only thing I would like, is to have some kind of repair attachment for band's tips in case they come off, and they do.

Appears to be good product line. Handle straps are too long appears to be only downside which limits range of motion

The product is made well. The rings are very sturdy and using one resistance tubing rather than three or four is very convenient and time-saving. I would recommend this GoFit product.

These bands are GREAT!!!!!! I use them everyday for different workouts. I have the 100 LB, 90 LB, 80 LB and 70 LB bands. Very beneficial. My body has changed for the better since using them. I'm 235lb and 6'7". I dont need to be in the gym. The bands ARE MY GYM!!!!! Add some cardio to the workouts and watch your body really change for the better

Great band. I already have the handles so even better lol. Be creative in to get a great workout. Great for chest, arm, back and shoulder workout. If you have a workout bench, it would be even better to utilize with

Having owned a GoFit band set for years, I decided to try some of the cheaper ones on the major resale sites. That proved to be a mistake. The resistance"was inconsistent and obviously not in line with their rating.
I just purchased 50 and 60 lb. GoFit tubes to add to my others, they arrived today, and it was immediately obvious that I should have stuck with the proven brand.
The quality is apparent, the resistance is much better, and I look forward to being a return customer down the road.
