I have purchased multiple bands ranging from 20-100 lbs of resistance and have found them to excellent. I have been training for 30 years and find these bands to be a great alternative to the gym when needed or just for a change. Also with the recent health concerns and gym closings these bands have been a savior for training without needing big bulky equipment. And the customer service department was excellent on the one issue I have had in the last few years using the bands. I would highly recommend these bands to anyone looking for a good alternative workout to the gym and while traveling.

These bands are great for traveling, since they take very little space for the resistance they provide. Most of the hotels I stay in have a work-out room, typically with dumbbells, but I prefer the bands because as a joint moves toward full extension, the resistance increases, so the bands act more like a Nautilus machine than a free weight.Unlike some others, this system allows for combining bands, so with a few bands you can create almost any resistance level. The bands are durable; I have been using the set I have now for over a year, and they have very little visible wear and still provide good resistance.When I wear these out, I'll definitely get another Go-Fit set.

Power tubes are a great way, in these lockdown times, to easily stretch and strengthen at home. A simple door anchor to attach the tube and anyone can learn basic training without a gym for a whole body workout. Paired with a few light weights and you'll be fit in no time.

I incorporate band work with free weights. 61 years old and still lifting 4 days a week. Using ROM on facebook for stretching and rehab. Using Jocko Willink for motivation and discipline. So GO GET SOME!!
