I am mortalized over future washers

I bought this washer and have had it replaced 4 times this month for many reasons. let's just say it was very noisy, did not fill up properly, did not agitate at all and 1 of them would not turn off after starting it by pushing the knob in. had to unplug it from wall. very unhappy with washers today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this washer only one day but have washed a few loads of laundry and all is well so far. A great product for the money. Not sure why I'm seeing so many negative reviews here, but mine works great!

BAD GE PRODUCTS

Come to find out that GE has STOPPED having the aggerater run during the rinse system. They believe that it only needs to run for 7 sec. How do you remove soap in 7 sec. Clothes sitting in water do not rinse clean of soap. BAD BAD system

Missing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer because the price was good and I was told it was a strong working machine. Both are true. Two things I don't care for, there's no gentle cycle and if you leave the lid open the wash cycle will continue all the way to the end, not giving me the oppertunity to add soap and the softerner dosen't despense.

Good, but not the best

Worst machine I have ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine vibrates the whole floor, whether empty load, small load, or large load. My machine is in my house, above ground. I worry about it shaking too much for my foundation. Then, right after it made one year old, started to NOT spin. The clothes were soaked. The machine would not do anything. So I waited till the next day to call a repairman. When I went to check it, it started working fine. It decides on it's own when it doesn't want to spin. Then you have to wait 24 hours before it will work again. Horrible machine.
