Got this a month ago and I am happy I made this choice; I owned a PS2 VR before and wasn't happy with the content; I find way more choices in this one and I can also connect to Steam VR on PC with just a USB cable; I think image is better quality too, higher resolution and details per eye.

Worth is over the 3S

Spend the extra money and get the better device, this was way worth it over the 3S model, much better passthrough cameras and you get 4k.
Use case 1, gaming. Gaming is fantastic on this, very immersive and extremely fun.
Use case 2, video playback, watching 4k video is beautiful and feels like your in an iMAX theater.
Use case 3, computer monitor, works with linux, mac and windows as multiple monitors with huge screen real estate. Non-VR games streamed from PC run flawlessly
